**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading fashion retailer with a great reputation on the market. They are looking for Complaints Handlers to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand the team. This role offers excellent career progression, working in a friendly and supportive team environment, within their state of the art offices based in Manchester city centre.
Duties of the Complaints Handler will be:
- Identify the root cause of issue and look for areas to improve on
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Supporting customers with a resolution
- Taking ownership
- working effectively & in a timely manner
- Understand the customers view points
- Working collaboratively with all areas of the business
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Complaints Handler will have the below skills:
- To understand customer requirements. responding with professionalism and effectively use your organisational skills.
- Ability to work to targets & deadlines
- Previously worked within customer resolution management
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Ability to negotiate & offer resolution
- Resilient
