**The role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the reception area, prioritising daily tasks and responding effectively to unexpected challenges
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring compliance with security procedures
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception space
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and catering arrangements for visitors
- Organise internal meetings and provide logístical support
- Arrange domestic and international travel for staff, including hotel and transport bookings
- Source and liaise with suppliers for corporate hospitality needs
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Events and Office Manager, including assistance with training and event logistics
This is a varied and dynamic position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a truly global business.
The full-time working hours for this role are 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
**Essential Skills**:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a front-of-house or administrative role
- Ability to use Office 365, Outlook, Word and Excel
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience of booking international travel
- Experience of booking corporate hospitality/events
- Being a global company, the ability to speak a different language would be beneficial.
