HR Recruitment Coordinator/Advisor - Hybrid/Home working A busy 360' HR Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator role awaits in this hybrid role with the majority of time working from home, supporting this successful organisation's staffing needs across several office locations. This high-end company has smart officelocations and an ever increasing demand for new hires - with everything that is involved with attracting, appointing high-calibre recruits across a number of their "office professional" roles. Role main purpose Key Responsibilities - Manage vacancies - Managing the relationships with recruitment agencies - Manage the relationship with job boards/LI - Work with marketing on ensuring the Careers page on the website - Liaising with Hiring Managers e - Scheduling of interviews / assessment centres - Assist with recruitment reporting **Requirements**: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under tight time constraints - Good knowledge of the various business functions within an organisation - Strong interpersonal skills The incumbent is transferring overseas in 2 weeks, so a start as soon as possible would be helpful, although the company are also quite content to wait for a notice period to be served-out.
