Fleet Manager - £45,000 + potential equity & bonus We are delighted to support one of the most exciting and dynamic international fashion technology start-ups that are paving the way to redefine high-end, luxury retail by solving last-mile challenges. Due to their popularity and growth, they are looking for a Fleet Manager based in London to join the operation team with a direct report to the Head of Operations. You will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, allocation, and distribution of anew electric van fleet which is responsible for a bespoke delivery of luxury items with a personal touch of in-store client services right to your doorstep. As well as being an incredibly innovative business, they are incredibly customer-centric and are looking for highly motivated,hands-on, and passionate individual to lead their teams. **Responsibilities**: - You will manage and coordinate the delivery, allocation, and distribution of a new electric van fleet. - Responsible for health and safety and driver compliance. - Maintenance for the fleet and charging infrastructure, including repairs and servicing. - Monitoring driver tracking infringements and making sure to identify poor driver behaviour, as well as conducting relevant training for drivers. - Liaising with hub supervisors and managers to ensure they have a full understanding of fleet workings Looking for someone who: - 5 years of experience in logistics, transport, or fleet management (experience working with electrical fleet is advantageous) - Strong geographical knowledge of London and the surrounding area. - A tech-ready, fast learner with a "hands-on" attitude with the ability to improve existing processes and create new ones. - A strong multitasker with the ability to prioritise. - A passion for a fast-paced operations - Pod Talent are independent specialist recruiters in the Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing and R&D space covering roles internationally from entry to board level.
