Purchasing Administrator

This **semi-remote, part time** administration role based within the Finance area of a leading Software Company which provides software solutions to the Insurance Industry, would suit an individual with strong administrative ability and whois used to working on multiple systems, linking multiple teams and managing relationships accordingly.
This **part time opportunity (18-21 hours over 4-5 days) will require 1 or 2 days per week in the London office - the remainder working from home**(pro rata salary threfore equates to £18-21,000)
Your role will include:
- Liaising with suppliers throughout the end to end procurement process and liaising with the Accounts Payable team to ensure suppliers are created on purchasing systems in order to enable invoice processing
- First point of contact for procurement queries
- Managing relationships with parent company procurement team
- Creation and receipting of requisitions
- Assist with the ordering / purchasing of equipment
- Compiling documentation for Finance processes
A background within a Finance / Accounts Team is not essential for consideration in relation to this role, but you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in managing / ordering office equipment efficiently as well as working with multiple systemsacross the business
