Construction Purchasing Administrator

We are recruiting for a Construction Purchasing Administrator to join a successful, growing, and fast paced property company based in Hendon, with a forward-thinking approach.
You will be working within a friendly, high energy and fast paced environment where no day will be the same. Based within the investment and development side of the business where you will be organising, chasing external parties, purchasing all materials for ongoing building projects.
This role would suit an efficient and organised administrator who thrives in a pressurised environment. There is great progression opportunity within this growing business, and full training will be provided.
This is a fast-paced job suited to someone efficient, organised and a dedicated team player ideally with knowledge of building supplies and logictics/ purchasing.

**Key responsibilities**:
- To manage all logistics and purchasing related to ongoing building projects
- Liaising with suppliers, sites, and management to ensure all sites are supplied so they can work to schedule
- Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers to negotiate best pricing and deliveries
- Deal with issues and refunds in a timely manner
- Maintain correct accounts and administrative matters in relation to above tasks
**What the employer is looking for**:
- 2 years + experience in a logistics/ purchasing role

- Strong work ethic and highly motivated in a busy environment

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
