An exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our client's team Our client is a leading global provider of tactical and strategic mission-critical communications systems and high-grade information security and network capabilities.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing sales support administration to the Business Development team, Head of Business Affairs & Legal and Export Executive.
- **This role is based in Kingstone, Hereford.**_
**Responsibilities**: (not limited to)
- Coordinate daily sales activities
- Support Distribution Partners, Resellers and End Users with pricing, product availability and delivery information queries
- Prepare quotations on behalf of the BD Managers and assist in the preparation of tenders as directed
- Administer sales cycle, such as processing Partner/Customer Sales Orders through to delivery
- Working with the other Sales Support Executive to produce analysis reports for internal Quarterly Sales Meetings (QSMs) for the Business Development Team
- Working with the other Sales Support Executive, co-ordinate and minute QSM’s on behalf of the Business Development Team and follow up on outstanding actions
- Attend weekly Business Development meetings and follow up on recorded actions
- Qualify and assign new opportunities prospects/sales leads to the appropriate BD Manager
- Provide general administrative support
- Keep all internal inventories and/or spreadsheets/records up to date at all times
**Knowledge & Skills required**:
- Strong Administrative skills and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent customer service focus
- Prepared to travel nationally and internationally in support of BD activities
