About the Role

We are seeking an
experienced Construction Project Manager
to deliver two major
heritage and capital redevelopment projects
for a
local authority client in Herefordshire
.

This role involves managing large-scale and complex construction programmes, including heritage building restoration, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring project delivery excellence across multiple funding streams.

Requirements:

Proven track record of managing
complex public-sector or council-led construction projects

Strong background in
heritage and listed buildings

Relevant
construction-related qualifications
(RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Eligible to work in the UK with
two years' verifiable references
