Working day to day from our sexy and luxurious Cave Hotel and Golf Resort boasting 41 stunning rooms, 2 restaurants (Firepit is highly acclaimed), cowgirl lounge and two golf courses, its certainly all hat and no trousers

We are looking for a social media exec to “tik” us into the next stratosphere.

With three new restaurants on the horizon and lots of plans afoot to grow our collective sosh meeds needs a full time hero to make sure everyone knows whats over yonder and around the corner.

If your Friday night chat is all grids, feeds, gifs, memes, stories, campaigns, influencers - you sound right up our street. Knowing how to cut through like a knife through our USDA brisket and have impact in an jam-packed marketplace will be on your list of super-skills.

As our social media guru you’ll have full ownership of creating, building and managing our social strategy for our collection of hospitality businesses across all channels (earned, paid, shared and owned), including paid campaigns with a ‘test and learn’ approach to all paid activities ensuring a healthy ROI and exemplary delivery. Fail Fast is our bit of a motto of ours, we try and learn and that’s how we grow. You’ll develop and execute the brand’s social comms calendar, overseeing the creation and delivery of some absolutely legendary content. You’ll use your noggin to find ways to formulate plans and tactics for influencer outreach, whilst building and nurturing authentic, mutually beneficial influencer relationships along the way (micro and macro).

You’ll be an avid scroller and social media obsessed, with your (possibly worn ) thumb firmly on the pulse of trends and online virality, adept at moulding content to both engage our audience, whilst communicating the message.

Similar experience in a previous role is preferable but a passion to think outside the box and a zest for creation is equally key. A knowledge of design software and skills with a camera and videography a feather in your hat
