**Overall Purpose**

To maintain and develop the charity website and third party web pages & directories

To increase public awareness & engagement of Brogdale Collections the charity through digital media

**Key performance indicators**

To maintain, enhance and improve the current SEO standards

Achieve agreed advance ticket sales targets for festivals & events

Achieve agreed social media engagement targets

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

**Website**:

- On-going regular updating and maintenance of the Brogdale Collections website, including WooCommernce & Event management
- On-going updating and maintenance of third party web pages

**Social Media**
- Write and create creative engaging weekly content on all agreed platforms
- Create and track effective targeted online advertising based on budgeted spend for specific campaigns
- Send scheduled mailshots to database prepared by the Operations Team
- Effective and timely community management on all social platforms
- Use relevant analytics to track and improve on effective website and social media engagement, management and strategy
- Prepare digital engagement reports for quarterly trustee meetings

**Other Duties**
- Support the office team with planning and brainstorming sessions
- Build relationships with online and local influencers and stakeholders to increase organic reach of posts
- Support festival and event days
- Contribute to general office duties as required

**Skills required**
- Competent use of WordPress, MailChimp & Google Analytics within a business context
- Experience of managing multiple tasks to deadline and prioritising own workload.
- Excellent English literacy skills and ability to articulate self
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- The role does require some weekend and Bank holiday work to to ensure the festival and event program is appropriately covered.

A unique role working at the National Fruit Collection, to maintain and develop the profile of the charity that provides access to and education about the National Fruit Collections.

With full access to the orchards, you will increase public awareness and engagement of Brogdale Collections through all social media platforms, company website and third party web pages.

With a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns, enhancement strategies and delivery of targets you will be responsible for weekly posts, positive responses to public comment and managing specific event budgets.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
