Midweight Graphic Designer

We are a creative agency dedicated to producing exceptional design work for a diverse range of clients. Based in the heart of Faversham, Kent, our studio is a dynamic and collaborative space where creativity thrives. As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house team.

**The Role**
We are looking for a mid-weight designer who’s ready to make their mark. You’ll have a solid portfolio showcasing versatile design skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to interpret and elevate client briefs into compelling visual assets. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll work across a wide range of projects, from branding and marketing materials to digital design and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and deadlines.
- Develop and execute creative solutions across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with the wider team, including the project manager, to ensure designs meet strategic goals.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for both clients and internal projects.
- Present work confidently to clients and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an agency or in-house team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with After Effects or Wordpress competency is a bonus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity across a variety of projects.
- Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to the development of visual identities.
- Proficient in preparing files for print, including working with packaging designs that incorporate multiple finishing effects.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
