Knutsford, United Kingdom PortSwigger Full time

PortSwigger is growing fast, especially in the enterprise space - and that means more contracts, more complexity, and a bigger opportunity to get things right. We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator to help us scale by managing and streamlining our contracting processes, making it easier for customers to buy from us, and ensuring our agreements protect us without slowing us down.

This is a new role with a lot of impact. You’ll sit at the intersection of Legal, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, and be a key enabler of our growth strategy.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts; Review, redline, and coordinate the negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Order Forms, and Reseller or Partner Agreements.
- Customer interactions; Work closely with customers’ legal and procurement teams to resolve contractual issues efficiently while protecting PortSwigger’s interests. Proactively following up with customers to ensure timely resolution of negotiations.
- Partnering with Sales and Customer Success Help shape deal structures to align with internal policies and customer requirements, striking the right balance between commercial value and legal protection.
- Working closely with Legal Partners and Finance to review, revise, and negotiate contract terms whilst utilising playbooks and escalating key risks appropriately. Coordinate across Legal, Finance, Product, Security, and senior leadership to gather required inputs and approvals for custom terms, security exhibits, or regulatory compliance.
- Supporting the design and roll-out of scalable processes and tooling to reduce contract turnaround time and improve visibility. Including, sales training and enablement on common contractual questions. Support the development of scalable policies, templates, clause libraries, and contract workflows as the business expands into new regions or verticals.
- Acting as the go-to person for all things contracts - Own and refine the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, ensuring contracts are tracked, executed, and stored correctly with clear version control.
- Triage supplier contracts - whether it is procuring new software, office leases or working with suppliers, this role can triage all things contractual and liaise with points of escalations.
- Reporting & Analysis - track, measure and analyse room for improvements, bottlenecks or opportunities to improve how we work to get customer resolutions faster.

**What success looks like**:

- Contracts are accurate, consistent, and turned around fast - with fewer bottlenecks and smoother enterprise sales.
- Stakeholders across the business trust and rely on your judgment and input.
- Our contracting process evolves to support our growth - especially in enterprise sales and international expansion. You spot problems early, solve them proactively, and make things better as we scale.

**Requirements**:
**About you**:

- You’ve got a few years’ experience (3+ ideally) working in a contracts or legal operations role - ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech business.
- You’re comfortable reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, with a solid understanding of data protection and IP terms.
- You’re collaborative and confident working with cross-functional teams - especially Sales and Legal.
- You’re organised, pragmatic, and don’t get bogged down in red tape. You get things done.
- You’re curious, open-minded, and like making processes smoother and smarter.

**Bonus if you have...**:

- Experience working with US-based or global enterprise customers
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools Knowledge of SaaS subscription models and related terms
