**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate pre-construction activities, including preparing project packs and documentation
- Maintain accurate project records and provide updates on ongoing developments.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support overall business goals.
- Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions as required
- Collaborate effectively with team members

**Skills**
- The ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines.
- Experience in project coordination/administration, ideally within the construction or landscaping industry. Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
