The role of the co-ordinator is to assist in the effective and efficient management of our Industrial Cleaning Team. Duties as follows but not limited to the below:
Operational Duties:

- Resource/Schedule jobs in for the team/individuals on a daily/weekly basis.
- Complete and assign daily job sheets to individuals for each relevant job.
- Ensure day to day operational delivery on each job is completed efficiently and within the allocated timeframes and to correct H&S requirements as determined in the specific RAMS and COSHH assessments.
- Monitor cleaners output on each job to ensure standards are achieved in line with expectation.
- Attend site to set up/induct and audit on completion.
- Feedback to the team on performance received from customers.

Health & Safety:

- Ensure team members are up to date on all relevant training and accurate records held.
- Booking in any relevant training courses where required.
- Team members have correct PPE for each job they attend
- Ensure all drivers are completing daily vehicle checks in accordance with company policy.

Payroll:

- Ensure all cleaners complete and submit timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Cross reference hours with timesheets to ensure paid correctly.
- Implelement and manage performance bonuses.
- Submit monthly payroll and manage any queries.

Recruitment:

- Ensure all vacancies are advertised using approved advertising channels within pre-defined timelines.
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure all recruitment systems are used correctly.
- Organise, manage and interview prospective cleaning operatives.
- Collation of all required HR documents etc inline with company recruiment policy.
- Onboarding and inducting of all new starters.
- Ensure all set up correctly on payroll system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Managing teams: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- CSCS (preferred)
- Enhanced DBS to work in childcare settings (preferred)
