**The Opportunity**:
Nigel Wright have been appointed to support a repeat SaaS client with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager. The client is a leading provider of maintenance software which helps business's stay on top of changing legislation with ease. The clientis headquartered in Penrith, Cumbria and has an office in central London.This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who have ambitious plans to grow revenue by 40% per annum over the next 3 years making it a perfect time to join.
**The Role**:

- Proactively prospect to target audience mostly in the Facilities Management Sector. Discover and create opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, Events and exhibitions.
- Demonstrate the SaaS solution to prospects and able to identify customer requirements.
- Follow up opportunities from discovery, to demo to close and work closely with the client to develop relationships.
- Maintains the clients reputation for quality products and that each customer receives the highest standards of customer service, software support and training.
- Identify the influencers and users of the products and ensure the customer is maximising their subscription through full use of the services they subscribe to.
- Attend events and customer sites as required

**Person Specification**:

- Previous B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets. Ideally a background promoting SaaS Solutions.
- Must be comfortable generating new business
- Motivated, driven with a passion to succeed
- Excellent communication skills with the ability ask and answer questions.
- Focused and able to identify opportunities

**Additional Information**:

- £30,000 with up to 70k OTE
- 27 days Holidays
- 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Pension
