Ward Security are seeking vigilant and professional Mobile Response Security Officers to join our team.
This role is dynamic, offering varied tasks, a fast-paced environment, and the opportunity to make a real impact. You will be taking ownership of locking and unlocking our client's premises, being reactive when our NOC raise concerns about an alarm and attending sites to do patrols.
**Position**: Mobile Services Officer - Zero hours
**Pay rate**: £13.00ph
**Shift Pattern**: Nights and Weekends
**Location**: Van based in High Wycombe

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, properties, or routes to ensure safety and security
- Respond to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities in a timely manner
- Document and report all incidents, including security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences
- Flexibility to respond to different locations as needed
- Operate company vehicle in order to travel between site
- Handle conflicts or disputes calmly and effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary

**Must have**:

- Door Supervisor SIA licence
- UK Manual Driving licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges
