Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician role Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues and either repair the vehicle on site or ensure it is returned to the workshop. Identify problems and advise the customer on the vehicle’s issues. Perform vehicle servicing & general maintenance, including electrical & vehicle diagnostics. Represent the business and deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the company. Requirements Ideally Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; Level 2 or equivalent qualifications (City and Guilds, IMI, NVQ) will be considered – must be able to show qualifications. Minimum 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician. Full UK driving licence – no more than 9 points or bans on the licence. Demonstrable technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
