The Role

As a Washroom Service Operative & mobile cleaner you will be responsible for the servicing of various washroom equipment including feminine hygiene units, nappy waste systems, sharps units, air freshener systems and vending machines. The equipment will require cleaning as part of the service. You will be required to travel between multiple sites in a company provided vehicle. Our Washroom Service Operatives are responsible for the delivery of our services/goods to customer sites in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Acting as ambassadors for our business, excellent customer service skills are required. As a digital business, we are committed to being at the forefront of technology, your work is planned via the Sasse Service App with all tasks completed digitally on a company provided device. You’ll be responsible for your own vehicle, phone and equipment and must be able to work proactively as part of a team, as well as individually on customer sites.

Essential Requirements:
The role requires the Hygiene & Technical Service Operatives to be a Full UK license holder, the

operative must have held their license for a minimum of 2 years. The employee shall hold no more than 3 penalty points.

The Hygiene & technical Service Operative will be working within contracts which require an enhanced security clearance in order to obtain access to the client’s buildings. Successful completion of enhanced vetting will form a mandatory requirement of the probationary period.
