Job title: Field service engineer

Salary: OTE £33,000 - £41,000 - Made up of a Basic £30,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience) + Monthly bonus scheme + company benefits + product specific training + company van + fuel card + tools + smart phone + tablet + optional weekend overtime

Role and responsibility:

· Install, commission and set up Coffee equipment delivering a excellent and unique customer experience.

· Perform planned preventative maintenance on a broad range of equipment.

· Carry out reactive breakdown and repair calls, always aiming for a first time fix on all equipment.

· Deliver exceptional customer service through communication and operator training. (e.g operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)

· Self management of spare parts stock holding in company van.

· To complete all necessary job cards and supporting documents.

· Support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business.

.Rota 1 in 4 weekend working (Saturday only) optional Sunday working for additional rate £250.

  • United Kingdom (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (required)
