As a key member of the Organisation Development Team, you will be collaborating with business leaders, colleagues, HRBPs and the wider HR Team to scope, design and deliver initiatives which develop our colleague and leaders' capabilities. Enabling the developmentof core skills and future capability through consultancy practices.

**What could you, as OD Capability Partner, be working on?**
Well, in line with our people strategy you will be tasked supporting the Head of OD with the development of plans to deliver sustainable, integrated and systemic approaches to skills and capability development. We are intent on building our workforce of thefuture, this means we are;
- creating clear learning paths that lead to meaningful career paths for our colleagues
- focussed on building internal capability
- looking at Leader and colleague ways of working and our skills development strategy

**What experience do we need?**
- Ideally you will have operated in a fast-paced commercial organisation in the capacity of Learning Business/Capability Partner to leadership teams across your business
- Working collaboratively with leaders and colleagues at all levels, you are a self-starter who enjoys creating innovative solutions and is accustomed to developing learning with measurable impact
- We would benefit from experience in managing learning suppliers, from LMS to design outsourcing, so we can deliver effective solutions with trusted partners.
- Commercially focussed, you are curious about trends and insights that help you measure the impact of learning and how training, coaching, facilitation and development initiatives are building capability and impacting on the company's success
