The successful candidate will be accountable for the effective delivery of non-shop visit activity and capability projects. This role is critical for enabling focus on Network Support and Capability Development activities as part of EOS becoming the Lead Shop for Civil Large Engines.Engine Overhaul Services in Derby is a rapidly growing and a vital part of the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Network providing capacity for multiple Trent products as well as being the Lead Shop for Civil Large Engines. This Lead Shop status requires EOS to be the primary source of training and support for the global network as well as being a hub for shop visit order to meet the near-term increased load demands onto EOS as well as the strategic capability aims of Aftermarket Operations there is a requirement for a Capability Project Lead in the EOS business.What you will be doingCoordinate and manage the successful planning of all Non-Shop Visit (WID) activity requested of EOS.Be accountable for the effective delivery of EOS projects (including Capability Readiness Business Improvement and Non-Shop Visit) to cost specification and time. Utilise programme management principles to establish the appropriate governance and controls to deliver project or programme outcomes.Act as the focal point for all aspects related to your work with internal stakeholders and external partners.
