We are an established asset finance house mainly operating in mainland UK but with offices in Carrickfergus Co Antrim, where this role is based. Our NI office comprises a small team who work alongside a number of team members in SE England. We are an informal, friendly and relaxed firm and we serve clients in many sectors but with a focus on the creative fields.

We have an opening for a New Business Administrator to work within our New Business team. Duties will include:

- Telephone work - handling inbound queries and directing calls to appropriate people
- Carrying out credit checks on businesses and individuals
- Entering data on CRM and internal databases
- Looking into applicant websites, property values and other public info
- Pulling digital files together and assisting senior underwriters on drafting proposals

Skills necessary:

- Ability to work in a small office environment
- Ability to prioritise and keep track of your own work
- Outlook, Excel, general computer skills
- Numeracy, literacy
- Some experience in an admin environment will be beneficial
- Relevant business/finance/commerce/accounting eduucation background will be beneficial

The package includes:
