**About The Role**:

The Transport Administrator role primarily supports the depot management team with varied administrative functions. Focusing on; accurately reporting on depot performance, T100 and debriefs. As the transport administrator you will be required to work any 5 out of 6 days, Monday to Saturday.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Conduct detailed debrief of drivers/porters after their routes each day
- Collect all FleXipod devices from the drivers
- Ensure all drivers have completed their relevant vehicle checks at the end of the day and downloaded their tachograph card
- Any vehicle/box defects that are reported within the debrief are to be directed to the supervisor, in order to book in for repair
- Accurately reporting on a number of key areas such as; working time,loading, route variance and feeding this back to Depot Management/ HeadOffice
- Monitor routes alongside the supervisor for anything running late, action assistance accordingly
- T100 tasks to be actioned with drivers/porters upon debrief
- Dispatching of afternoon Trunker drivers

**About You**:
**Mandatory**:
- At least 1 years experience working in a busy admin role
- Proficient in excel, outlook and other Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
