**About the Role**

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual looking to make an impact in the property management world? We are currently seeking a Letting Administrator to become an integral part of our enthusiastic team.

In this role, you'll help to manage rental properties with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction for both our landlords and tenants while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

**What You’ll Do**
- Efficiently manage rent collections and maintain accurate financial records.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for tenants and landlords, facilitating communication and resolving inquiries seamlessly.
- Process payments for invoices related to property upkeep and other essential expenses.
- Coordinate property repairs, ensuring timely and effective maintenance.
- Plan and conduct thorough property inspections, upholding compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Provide landlords with insightful updates on their property's performance and status.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in managing financial records/bookkeeping or accounting is preferred but not essential
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Strong communication skills that foster positive relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, yet thrive in a team setting.
- Experience in property management or a similar role is desirable.
