Administrator/office Assistant

We're looking for a driven administator / office assistant who will provide accounts and sales administration support across the various departmental functions within the company.
They will enjoy a broad and varied role, which will involve the following:
- Accurate and timely processing of sales orders in a fast-paced environment using Sage Accounts
- Maintenance of all such information regarding pricing, promos and customer
- Attendance at trade shows, when required
- Input & process purchase invoices, reconcile supplier statements
- Provide administration cover during periods of office staff leave
- Other general office and admin duties as required
- Relevant Experience in an office environment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical / problem solving skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and to manage time effectively.
- Experience of Sage Accounts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
