Sales Order Clerk PPG Architectural Coatings is a leading and well-established global paint company with their Ireland office based in Carrickfergus. We are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent position for a Sales Order Clerk. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 4.30pm), Friday (8.30am to 3.30pm) Total of 35,25 hours a week 25 days holiday Generous Pension scheme Health insurance **Key Responsibilities** - Enter customer orders in a timely, accurate and efficient manner - Send customers order acknowledgements and invoices when requested - Investigate and respond to all customer queries, enquiries or complaints - Provide main support to sales representatives and all other areas of the business - Participate in telesales events - Build relationships with customers - Gain knowledge of all PPG and 3rd party products - Ensure you are up to date with promotional activity **Qualifications** - Customer Service experience - Excellent telephone manner - Work as part of a small team - Good IT knowledge (Outlook,Excel and other Microsoft tools) - Previous experience in administrative or retail environment **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
