**Job Description Summary**: The Sourcing Intern role is a varied role supporting GE Healthcare Indirect Sourcing Leaders across EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) in consolidating and managing the overall GE Healthcare Indirect spend across the region including communication to business stakeholders and execution of Sourcing strategies to ensure realization of Sourcing’s main objectives: Total Cost Productivity, Preferred Supplier usage, Cash & Compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support souring activities by understanding stakeholders’ needs and communicating sourcing policy
- Lead or support Vendor Master Data updates and rationalization programs
- Lead data gathering and analysis process(es)
- Lead spend analysis for GE Healthcare including saving reporting and tracking
- Create & Distribute Performance Dashboards
- Manage contract archiving and tracking
- Driving improvement in sourcing processes through digitization and simplification
- Partner with Indirect Sourcing Leader(s) in driving continuous supplier performance improvement with strong data support
- Facilitate internal communication with stakeholders to collect and collate business requirements and support supplier evaluation / scorecard assessment
- Acts as a resource for stakeholders with less procurement experience. May lead small projects with low risks following integration and training
