We are looking for Customer Service Apprentices to join our Customer Care Centre team in Camberley, Surrey. Our Customer Care team is the central hub that keeps our business ticking. It is the main point of contact for all of our UK customers and forms a vital part of our service operation.

As a Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice working in this team, you’ll be working with both internal and external customers, connecting our service engineers with hospital sites to provide vital technical service support, installing, repairing, and maintaining our medical systems.

A Customer Service Apprenticeship with Siemens Healthineers is a chance to combine paid on-the-job learning with a formal Level 2 qualification with a **Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer**.** During this 12 month apprenticeship you will be supported to learn and develop your customer service skills and build a portfolio of work to support your final end point assessment.

**To give you an idea of how this flexible Customer Service Apprentice job will look and feel, here are some things you can expect to do**:

- Complete learning modules and projects and work towards achieving a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship qualification
- Learn how to log and manage service tickets in an IT system

**To apply, you will need to have achieved English and Maths GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/Level 5 and above.**

You will also need a passion for providing great customer service, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to learn and develop your skills as part of an apprenticeship. _An active interest in supporting our purpose to pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare for everyone everywhere is essential._
