**The Role**:
KBO is excited to announce a new role within our sales team, designed to support our business growth and meet increasing demands. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our established team as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop in a supportive environment.
**Job Overview**:
The Sales Admin Apprentice is responsible for assisting the sales team by providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, managing documentation, processing orders, and performing data entry tasks. The apprentice will also gain insight into the sales cycle, customer relations, and business operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To take Sales enquiries from incoming Telephone calls, Web site and other forms of the companies’ systems.
- To co-ordinate Surveyors diaries following the above, communication with the individual may be necessary.
- Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Maintain customer data in SimPRO, updating records.
- Process customer acceptances
- Follow up with customer on previous unaccepted quotations
- Training on the company's IT systems and software will be offered to ensure smooth integration into the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education and Experience: No previous experience is necessary.
GCSE Math's and English grade 4 or above.
- Some workplace experience, particularly in an office environment, is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new IT systems and processes.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Motivated to learn and take on new challenges.
