Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and students warmly, providing a positive first impression of the college.
- Assisting with the check-in and check-out process for our hostel guests.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date in our systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organising files.
- Maintain an organised office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Collaborate with team members, providing clerical support as needed.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Adaptable and able to handle various tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required. Strong verbal and written skills are essential.
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
**Working Hours**:
- Shifts are typically from **08:30 to 14:30** or **13:30 to 19:30**, Monday to Friday.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience working in a private college setting or with international students is highly desirable.
- Full training will be provided.
