**Prager Metis **is a top international advisory and accounting firm; It’s a rapidly expanding practice that specialises in providing accounting, taxation and advisory services to a client base consisting of individuals and businesses, primarily within the music, entertainment and sport industries, as well as High Net Worth Individuals.

The company is looking for a dynamic Receptionist & Administration Assistant to efficiently and professionally meet and greet clients in our London office. This full-time, office-based role will be responsible for ensuring that the day to day administration of our front of house is seamless and will report to the Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner and offering refreshments.
- Opening, scanning incoming post.
- Maintaining the firm’s filing system ensuring incoming post is archived, destroyed or returned to sender and follow the firms filing retention policy.
- Diary management - Assist with meeting and conference room bookings via in-house, Zoom, Teams, Hilton, department head team meetings.
- Processing internal members timesheet allocations weekly.
- Taking minutes for internal meetings
- General photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing.
- Franking outgoing post and distribute accordingly, booking courier requests.
- Maintain the kitchen area and ensure it is kept tidy and the coffee machine is cleaned and descaled.
- Maintain meeting rooms are kept tidy and return to original satisfaction post internal meetings.
- Bank runs and post office runs.
- Monitoring perishables.
- Ordering breakfast & lunch orders.
- Processing card payments over the telephone.
- Providing assistance with organising the firmwide social events
- Assisting the administration team with ad hoc duties/projects as and when they arise

**Skills**
- Be proud to represent the practice as the first point of contact
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a minimum of one year’s experience in a corporate office environment
- Excellent organisation (able to multi-task) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Have the ability self-motivate and work collaboratively as part of the Admin team
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience in a front of house, reception or admin support role would be highly preferred

**Software**:

- Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and Outlook) - Essential
- Zoom/Teams - Preferable
- CCH Practice Management - Preferable
