**Receptionist and Administration Assistant**
We are recruiting on behalf of a Financial Service company in search for a hardworking, experienced Receptionist and Administration Assistant to take on full front of house responsibility and support the wider business.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Front of house reception management
Providing administrative support to the Executive Assistants such as helping with booking travel, expenses and any ad hoc duties that may arise on a day-to-day basis
Covering holiday / absence for the executive assistants
Meeting and greeting guests
Organising lunches and/or refreshments for meetings
Responsible for keeping meeting rooms tidy and organised
Answering incoming calls, taking messages and fielding calls
Liaising with suppliers, booking couriers, and ordering taxis
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Responsible for all stationery ordering and stock management
Responsible for weekly kitchen supplies
Someone, who is keen to become a part of a rapidly growing organisation and be flexible and adaptive to various tasks. The role will suit a highly efficient and proactive individual with a calm and resilient manner who is keen to grow with the business.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Strong Microsoft office skills (Specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
At least 3 years of experience working as a receptionist / administrative assistant in Financial Services or similar industry.
