**So what will I be doing exactly when I start with you?**
In simplified terms, when you join us as a customer service advisor you will be advising our customers on the products and services we offer over the phone. You will either be helping them decide on the best options to suit their needs, if they decide the policyis right for them, you will process the sale and take payment. For our existing customers, you will be problem solving when they need help with their accounts. They may have payment queries, or they might want to add on extras to their existing policy, youwill be processing this sale for them and updating any documents. All calls are inbound, so you won’t have to make any unexpected outbound sales calls at all Your days will be filled with helping our friendly customers who turn to you for your expert knowledge.(Don’t worry, becoming an expert takes time, you will have in depth training and support all the way up until you reach this stage).

**What about the hours???**
You will be working a rotating shift pattern. Within this shift pattern you will work 5 out of 8 weekends. On the days you are on Monday to Friday, you will work shifts between the hours of 8am - 7pm. When you work the weekend, you’ll be on Saturday 9am - 5.30pm and Sunday you will work 9am - 1pm. This shift pattern is great for being able to get out in the week to do stuff while everything isn’t so busy
**But I don’t have any experience working in a contact centre?**
Full training will be provided to anyone who joins us as a customer service advisor. Some of our best agents have come from the retail or hospitality sector. We have a real eclectic mix of characters that work for us who have come from all over the place.
