**The Role**

Branch Administrator

**Requirements**:
Pasquill is the largest supplier of trussed rafters in the UK, with an unrivalled national network of design and manufacturing sites providing nationwide coverage with local knowledge and service.

We have a brand new and exciting opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join us at Pasquill. Your role will be to work alongside our Designers, facilitating the running of the business and all administrative work required. This role has been created withour customers in mind, to improve their overall experience with us at Pasquill. You'll be supporting a dedicated design team working towards the same goal of improving our customer's experience with us. If you've got experience in an administration role andare looking for a new challenge, this could be the role for you

**Key responsibilities of a Branch Administrator.**
- Assisting with our designer's workload by following up on quotes that have been sent to our customers and answering any queries they may have.
- Booking appointments for our customers with our design team.
- General office administration duties.

**What we're looking for in our Branch Administrator.**
- Understanding of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Confidence when speaking to Customers.
- Good organisational skills
- Team spirit
