Park’s Motor Group are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, hardworking individual to take up an entry level position as a full-time Trainee HR and Payroll Administrator based in our Head Office, Hamilton. This is a development role that will ideally lead to a career with us in the HR and Payroll function.

**About the role**:
You will work within a friendly and supportive team learning the full lifecycle of HR and Payroll administration services for all our employees across the Group. You will learn to work in accordance with legislation, our policies and employment law.

**What you will do**:

- Process payroll and pension information
- Update employee new start and leaver information on company database
- Support development of our employee database and systems
- Help contribute towards the team's daily workload
- Learn how to maintain employee files
- Maintain a high consistent quality of work
- Communicate and respond to all enquiries in a confidential, professional and appropriate manner
- Continually develop your personal skills and knowledge

**Your skills & experience will include**:

- Have an eye for attention to detail.
- Be a confident communicator.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Have strong organisational skills
