As we continue with our expansion plans, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Commercial Team as Sales Administrator.

We are looking for a qualified sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about our services, products, orders and deliveries and provide support for Field SalesExecutive(s) and Commercial Contracts Manager.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with other departments i.e. Operational & Financial etc. to ensure service deliveries
- Assist with tendering process via Public Contracts Scotland and other Commercial Tenders.
- Maintain and update Sales and Customer records via company systems
- Assist in the development/production of monthly/quarterly data reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Generating quotations using Levenseat's pricing structure through ISYS & excel.

**Essential Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

**Desirable Skills**:

- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field would be preferred
