An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Coordinator for the Community Sites in North East Essex.

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 0800 - 1630

To support the compliance and optimisation of the community Estate; reviewing the utilisation of the assets & highlighting opportunities for rationalisation as well as auditing and gathering evidence to ensure compliance with SLAs, KPI’s and National Standards relating specifically to the Leased properties within East Suffolk and North East Essex estate.

Driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

Responsible for providing an effective administrative function to the Estates & Facilities Community Team in relation to all leased & licensed property throughout the Trust.

Maintaining comprehensive lease and compliance trackers

Maintaining the content of the Community Leased Property Intranet page

Collate, analyse and disseminate learning from delivered projects, ensuring evidence is secured and amendments made to templates for future.

To assist with the planning and commissioning of new buildings and facilities, the redevelopment of existing premises, the relocation of services to new premises and the decanting of services from old premises.
