They will need to be computer literate in the use of Word, Outlook and Excel.

The post holder will need to be able to maintain the Remedial Works Tracker where all calls/issues are logged and dispatched to appropriate contractors.
- Maintain the Remedial Workers Tracker
- Raise purchase orders as requested by Estates team managers and receipt after confirmation that service has been completed/item has been delivered
- Excellent communications skills, including tact and diplomacy. Portray a confident positive manner and reassure callers when necessary
- Maintain effective working relationships and communication channels with all departmental colleagues and other departments/users within the organisation and outside agencies
- Work on own initiative, making a daily assessment of time sensitive issues and advise managers accordingly
- Coordinate regular firm alarm test and assist with planned and unplanned drills
- Fire Marshall
- First Aider

**JOB TITLE**: Helpdesk/Support Desk Administrator

**PAY BAND**: 3

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Delivery of a high quality, responsive support desk service to all users to ensure that calls are resolved professionally and within agreed timescales.

Point of contact for internal all callers demonstrating a polite and helpful manner.

**ROLE SUMMARY**:.
- Maintain the Remedial Workers Tracker
- Raise purchase orders as requested by Estates team managers and receipt
- Assist with electric car chargers including use of chargers and EB App using GreenFlux EVPortal
- Excellent communications skills, including tact and diplomacy.
- Maintain effective working relationships and communication channels with all departmental colleagues and other departments/users
- Coordinate regular firm alarm test and assist with planned and unplanned drills

QUALIFICATIONS
& EDUCATION Educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent plus knowledge obtained through other courses and experience GCSE/O level or equivalent in English and Maths

- Experience in a healthcare or public sector setting.
- Experience of customer service.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Sound knowledge of IT systems and software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders

Knowledge and experience in an Estates and Facilities setting.
- Knowledge of NHS issues and standards
