**The role**:
The Power People is a specialist practice within TNP which specialises in ERP-connected eCommerce, analytics, UX-led apps and portals, and systems integrations. As a fast-growing area of the business in an exciting technology landscape, the Power People are looking to add to their team of capable consultants.

Working in The Power People (TPP) team, it will be your responsibility to provide superb consultancy services to our customers. Equally adept at speaking the language of both business and technology, you’ll often be the face of the team for the customer, acting as the bridge into our development teams, owning system specifications from workshops through to deployment and handover into support. So, if you’re witty, flexible, a team player and have the below skills, we are the company for you The role is predominately a work-from-home role, with periodic visits to head office and other locations for team building, belonging and wellbeing, albeit with occasional site visits upon customer request.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To collaborate with the TPP team in order to foster positive team spirit, a culture of openness and mutual support, and to promote and facilitate knowledge sharing
- To understand the TPP solutions portfolio including sweet spots and limitations
- To consult with customers, to understand their project requirements and articulate their options within the TPP solutions portfolio
- To work closely with the Lead Consultants to design, architect and document solution requirements for customers
- To gain and maintain expertise in the configuration of products in the TPP solutions portfolio in order to be able to showcase and deliver software to customers based on technical configuration options (no development/programming required)
- To support Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects by facilitating communication between Customers, Project Managers, and Dev Project Team members
- To assist with the management of controlled change to requirements and associated solution design in-project
- To lead meetings, document requirements, and make demonstrations in the context of delivering customer projects
- To provide quality control for delivery of project development work and to present playbacks to customers at project milestones
- To guide projects through the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase, liaising between Customer Testers, Project Managers, and Developers, working to resolve issues arising, whether by ironing out differing interpretations of documented requirements or verifying fixes to software bugs
- To provide a point of escalation for the delivery of 3rd line support as needed from time to time

- Ability to clearly articulate requirements in both written and visual language (e.g. diagrams)
- Ability to understand and articulate user stories in functional requirements
- Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of personnel, whether dev resources, order entry personnel, Finance & IT Managers, C-suite executives
- A foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and key business processes, such as Quote to Cash and Purchase to Pay, along with warehouse management
- Ability to move quickly between tasks/projects, whilst maintaining clarity of context
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in order to utilise time efficiently
