We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced software implementation associate to be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of our platform with our clients.

This role involves working closely with our clients, project managers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our software - ensuring that clients gain their required benefits.

Working for our UK Hub in this role, you will be directly liaising with a range of UK and North American customers, helping them manage their business by leveraging CGR Foundation through simple actions, process workflows and visuals. You will help them into better digital ways of working, delivering efficiencies and a better data picture for effective decision making.

The role is flexible in relation to home working but will require the majority of your working time to be in our office (Newbury, Berkshire) or on occasional customer site visits. We place value in working together, where we can learn collaboratively from challenges, success and mistakes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with client project managers and technical teams to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure clients are satisfied with the implementation of our solutions.
- Provide training to clients on how to use our software solutions and support them during their transition to our platform.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our technical teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure that system benefits are understood and realised at all levels.
- Identify project-related issues and risks, and escalate appropriately. Provide recommendations and solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risks, while managing client expectations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Demonstrable experience with process flow and business processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software implementation or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- SC clearance, if not already held, will be required and sponsored through CGR.
