**The Role Scope**

✨Deliver the MandM Direct tone of voice for the brand in a credible and consistent manner

✨Deliver the social media strategy as implemented by the Social Media Manager

✨Work closely with the wider brand team to develop creative assets

✨Monitoring social trends that MandM Direct can leverage

✨Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled post

✨Deliver day-to-day reactive and proactive comments on all key social media channels

✨Use analytical platforms to monitor and evaluate the success of social media activity

✨Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure correct products are being promoted throughout

✨Audit, monitor, and report regularly on social performance.

**About You**:
✨Have a passion for all things social media

✨Have experience working in a social media role, ideally with previous line management experience

✨Have proven experience in an online environment

✨Be a positive team player

✨Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok

✨Flexibility towards out-of-hours and unsociable hours.

✨High level of attention to detail

✨Excellent communication skills

✨Knowledge of Google suite
