Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on/2 days off. Weekend work is involved. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals to join our team. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars – we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more. Responsibilities Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch, acting as the main point of contact for customers. Contact customers, prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets. Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service. Liaise with the back office and work colleagues. Requirements A current full UK manual driving license. Experience working in a target‑driven environment. Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Ability to work well under pressure and independently. Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
