What You Will Do Take responsibility for Safety, Quality Operations, Projects, Engineering, and Sales, ensuring strong commercial and operational performance. Develop and implement the business unit strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets. Take P&L responsibility, establish and deliver on budget plans. Define and refine roles and responsibilities, processes and systems. Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to drive new business opportunities. Lead and engage cross‑functional teams to deliver operational excellence. Ensure compliance with all health, safety and regulatory standards. Support product and brand development, exploring new and emerging market opportunities. About You A proven, hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen. Experience in growing a business at pace while introducing change and best practices. Experienced in managing full P&L responsibility and driving operational excellence. Collaborative, strategic, and able to build and inspire high‑performing teams. Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills. A background in high‑value, low‑to‑medium‑volume production environments, ideally within RF, communications or precision‑engineered products. Competencies & Experience Degree or equivalent in Engineering, or relevant leadership experience. Commercially and financially astute with demonstrable P&L management. Experience leading multiple cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and sales. Proven ability to deliver business strategy and drive continuous improvement. Skilled in project management, operational excellence and strategic implementation. Track record of working with senior executives and C‑suite teams. Strong problem‑solving and analytical capability, with excellent stakeholder engagement. Demonstrable experience in business transformation.
