**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Sustainability / EPD Manager**, to join our Research and Development Team, working across the Insulation Division.
Duties include;
- Gather data and report on areas such as BES 6001, Life Cycle Analysis, Embodied Carbon and Biodiversity
- Create models to manage uncertain data and provide guidance to R&D team.
- Coordinate with local subsidiaries and their EPD representatives
- Ensure that detailed and accurate records are maintained,
- Technical point of contact to support the Division with EPD and LCA expertise
- Advise R&D on new product developments by comparing sustainability criteria of various materials
- Work with suppliers to develop next generation sustainability products
**What we are looking for in our Sustainability / EPD Manager**:
- Degree or equivalent qualification within a Science, Engineering, Maths or Sustainability fields
- Experience in managing multiple sustainability projects simultaneously
- An understanding of product data, life cycles and embodied carbon
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with peers, and build effective relationships
- Flexible, collaborative and proactive
- Ability to travel within the UK and EU
