Chef Manager – Mondelez Marlbrook (Leominster) Salary: £40,774 per annum Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm Location: Marlbrook, Leominster Join our team at the Mondelez Marlbrook site as a Chef Manager and take the lead in delivering an outstanding food service experience This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager or a Head Chef ready to take the next step into management. The Role As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a small but dynamic catering operation, delivering both breakfast and lunch to a high standard. Your Responsibilities Will Include Cooking and overseeing breakfast and lunch service Ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and food safety standard Completing daily HSE paperwork Weekly paperwork including banking and stock take Leading and motivating a small on-site team Engaging with the client, including monthly review meetings About You We’re Looking For a Hands-on, Motivated Individual With Experience as a Chef Manager or a Head Chef looking to step into management Confidence in managing or supporting a small team Good computer skills and understanding of menu management / GP management Strong customer and client focus with excellent people skills Flexibility and a proactive approach to maintaining standards and driving improvements This is a great opportunity to make your mark at a small, friendly site with real potential to raise standards and grow sales.
