We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Manager to join a well-established SME based in Chester.

As the Marketing Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the marketing function of the business, developing, managing and implementing the day to day marketing activities of the organisation and ensure the marketing strategy, marketing campaigns,marketing materials and activities are all aligned to the company vision and growth.

This is a standalone position, with the support of a marketing apprentice, in the business and has huge growth and development potential. You will be getting significant exposure to marketing across the board.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience within B2B marketing essential
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Creative and commercial awareness
- A solid understanding of, and a hands-on approach to, graphic design
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM’s and marketing software
- Excellent organisations skills
- Experience using Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator would be beneficial for the role

**Key responsibilities**
- Drive sales through marketing
- Development of, and execution of the marketing & brand plan
- Analyse marketing data and adjust plan based on trends and results
- Managing and updating website content and design
- Responsible for all elements of the brand
- Resource/content creation and management (ensuring all departments have what they need to promote products and brand, that is easily accessible, and managing requests for new resources)
- Coordinating product brochures, new product launches, producing content, photography and videos. Either completing or, in some instances, providing guidance/direction to a graphic designer to complete
- Managing and promoting company product brand
- Increase awareness and product range amongst target audience
- Manage social media including content strategy and creation of posts and blogs
- Manage the supply of branded merchandise / gifts
- Managing data within our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Develop our online academy with resources (blogs/how-to videos etc)
- Event management - plan, build and run every angle of an event (Circa 3-5 per year)
- Manage, lead and support a marketing apprentice

- Hybrid working possible for 1 day per week post successful probation
