We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will report to the MD and be pro-active with their ideas and own the delivery. A deep understanding of marketing strategies, and a passion for digital marketing is a must. Reviewing our website, SEO, Adwords, local seminar organisation, Facebook & Social media just some of the ideas you will need to understand and bring
Duties
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate new business & leads.
- Manage and oversee all marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Utilise SEO best practices to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Create compelling copy for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and increase lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead the marketing team by fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing management role.
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to collaborate with, motivate and guide team members.
- Experience with digital marketing tools including Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint for presentations.
- A solid understanding of IT concepts as they relate to digital marketing initiatives.
