We are seeking a dedicated Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events within Not-for-Profit. This role is based in Cheshire and requires expertise in event Management and marketing strategies.

Description

  • Provide event direction and foster a high-performance collaborative culture among all colleagues participating in events.
  • Provide event leadership and ensure alignment with key stakeholders across departments and their strategic objectives, forging strong working relationships.
  • Oversee, lead and manage the development, installation and delivery of all event elements for the organisation's attendance at events/conferences domestically and worldwide.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events are aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency for all events.
  • Source and liaise with vendors, venues, and other external stakeholders.
  • Oversee event logistics, including registration, attendee management, and on-site coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate event success, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Ensure all events adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.

Profile

A successful Event Manager should have:

  • Strong experience in event management.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute events of varying scales.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and their integration with event planning.

Job Offer
