**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Utilise Microsoft office package for various administrative tasks, including document creation and scheduling.
- Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
- Support financial operations by collating subcontract payroll data.
- Manage company vehicle fleet.
- Manage training schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
There will be an element of driving ie. post office etc so driving licence is essential.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
