Motus Commercials is an approved **DAF Truck dealership** located in Sutton and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable **Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor**. As our new Service Advisor, you will join our friendly team which will see you working 5 days a week over a 2-week rolling shift pattern which equates to 47 hours per week within our approved DAF dealership.
Week 1: Monday to Friday 08.30am - 18.00pm Saturday 08.00am - 12.00pm
Week 2: 07.00am - 16.30pm Monday to Friday

As a Service Advisor at **Motus Commercials** in Sutton we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
- Motor trade experience
- Desire to work in a fast paced and demanding environment

Main duties will be:
We require an experienced **Customer Service Advisor** who can provide a thorough service to our customers to ensure their vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. As our **Service Advisor** you hold an important position within the business in providing an excellent service to our automotive customers to assist in keeping their commercial vehicles on the road.
Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop ensuring full utilisation of time available.
Updating customer on their vehicle progress whilst in our workshop
Scheduling services required for customers.
Dealing with customer queries.
Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running
